      以超临界CO2为发泡剂,设计高温保压、低温快速泄压发泡的工艺,制备微孔发泡木粉/聚乳酸复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪对复合体系结晶及流变性能进行分析。采用排水法及扫描电镜研究了木粉含量对发泡材料表观密度、发泡倍率,泡孔密度及泡孔形貌的影响。结果表明,木粉的加入提高了木粉/聚乳酸复合材料熔体的复数黏度和储能模量,降低了聚乳酸的结晶度,提高了泡孔密度,减小了泡孔尺寸。当木粉含量为20%时,木粉/聚乳酸发泡材料表观密度为0.19g/cm3,发泡倍率达到7倍,泡孔密度为7.23×108cm-3,平均泡孔直径为20μm。

      Using supercritical CO2 as foaming agent, microcellular foaming wood flour/polylactide(PLA) composites were prepared by saturating above the melting temperature and at high pressure, then quenched to the crystallization temperature and quickly decreasing the pressure. XRD and DSC were used to analyze the crystallization behavior, then the rheological properties were measured through the rotational rheometer. Water displacement method and SEM were used to analyze the apparent density, expansion ratio, cell density and cell morphology of foamed composites in the presence of different wood flour contents. Results reveal that the cooperation of wood flour increases the complex viscosity and storage modulus, decreases the crystallinity and is beneficial for the higher cell density. When the content of wood flour is 20%, the apparent density is 0.19 g/cm3, the expansion ratio reaches 7 times, the cell density is 7.23×108/cm3 with the uniform cell size about 20 μm.
