      热塑性动态硫化硅基橡胶是聚硅氧烷和热塑性聚合物经共混和动态硫化而得到的一种新型弹性体。文中首先阐述了反应挤出热塑性动态硫化硅基橡胶的形成机理及制备过程,然后从聚硅氧烷和热塑性聚合物的增容改性、动态硫化和加工条件及工艺等方面综述了近些年来反应挤出热塑性动态硫化橡胶的研究进展,最后总结了热塑性动态硫化硅橡胶亟待解决的问题及发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Polysiloxane-based thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate is one new kind of elastomers. It is prepared via blending of polysioxane and thermoplastic polymer followed by dynamic vulcanization. This review first described the common formation mechanism and preparation process of polysiloxane-based thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates by reactive extrusion, and then provided an comprehensive overview and evaluation on the preparation progress of polysiloxane-based thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates from various respects including improving the compatibilization between polydisiloxane and thermoplastic polymer, dynamic vulcanization, and processing conditions and process of reactive extrusion. Finally, this review summarized some existed and unsolved problems about preparing polysiloxane-based thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates, and its development trend in the future.
