      采用1,3-偶极环加成反应制备了水溶性的β环糊精-富勒醇偶联物(βCD-Fullerenol),利用核磁共振、傅里叶变换红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱、基质辅助飞行时间质谱等对其结构进行了表征。βCD-Fullerenol在水中可通过主客体作用、疏水力作用、氢键相互作用等综合因素进行自组装,通过透射电镜、扫描电镜对组装体形貌进行了研究,发现βCDFullerenol的浓度对超分子组装体结构有一定影响,随着βCD-Fullerenol浓度的降低,超分子组装体发生自球状胶束、棒状胶束到囊泡的转变。例如对1.5mg/mL的βCD-Fullerenol样品冷冻干燥后,直接观察其固态扫描电镜形貌,可以观察到长达30μm 以上的中空长纤维结构,这些独特的超分子结构有可能在药物传输等方面有着潜在的应用。

      A water soluble βcyclodextrin (βCD) functionalized [60]fullerenol (βCD-Fullerenol) was synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction. The product was characterized by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, MALDI-TOF MS and so on. βCD-Fullerenol can self-assemble itself by host-guest inclusion, hydrophilic-hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen-hydrogen bond interaction in water. The morphology of supramolecular assembly was characterized by TEM and SEM. It is found that the concentration of βCD-Fullerenol has a certain effect on the structure of supramolecular assemblies. With decrease of the concentration, the morphology turns from spherical micelles, cylinder micelles to vesicles. After freeze-dried, the long hollow fiber structure of βCD-Fullerenol is observed. These unique supramolecular structures may have potential applications in drug delivery.
