      以二乙炔基苯、双(二甲氨基)二甲基硅烷为原料,乙腈为溶剂,通过氯化锌催化实现单步硅烷化合成含硅芳炔树脂。研究结果表明,乙腈做溶剂,二乙炔基苯与双(二甲氨基)二甲基硅烷投料比为9∶8(摩尔比),ZnCl2相对于炔过量0.65倍,回流反应11 h效果最佳,收率高达90%以上;制备的含硅芳炔树脂在室温下呈流动状态,加工性能良好,加工温度为40~180 ℃,加工窗口为140 ℃;固化后的含硅芳炔树脂,在N2气氛下热分解5%时的温度(Td5)为587 ℃。

      A novel one-step synthesis of silicon-containing arylacetylene resin (PSA) was developed via the direct silylation of diethynylbenzene (DEB) and bis(dimethylamino)dimethylsilane. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions: acetonitrile as solvent, mole feed ratio of alkyne and amino is 9∶8, the amount of zinc overdose 0.65 times compared with alkynes, and reaction time 11 h. The processing temperature is from 40 ℃ to 180 ℃, and the processing window is about 140 ℃. The reaction yield reaches up to 90%. The properties of the resulting resin were investigated. The resin is in a state of flow and has good processing performance at room temperature. The cured resin performs good heat resistance, the decomposition temperature at 5% mass loss in nitrogen is 587 ℃.
