      以对羟基苯甲醛与己二酸二酰肼为原料制备出含酰腙键的两羟基化合物PA,PA溶于二甲基亚砜中与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体反应得到含酰腙键的聚氨酯凝胶。研究了该凝胶的溶胀行为、流变学特征、在酸或苯胺条件下的可逆反应及自修复性能。结果表明,制备的凝胶在酸或苯胺的环境下通过加热表现出明显的流体性质,且可发生逆反应而使凝胶分解;凝胶在酸或苯胺条件下通过加热可实现修复,且在酸性条件下的自修复效率远大于在苯胺条件下的自修复效率;凝胶在酸性条件下,80 ℃加热6 h后自修复效率可达到89.47%。
英文摘要:
      Dihydric alcohol PA containing acylhydrazone bonds was synthesized by using p-hydroxybenzaldehyde and adipicdihydrazide as reaction materials. Besides, polyurethane gel based on acylhydrazone bonds was prepared by the reaction of dimethyl sulfoxide solution of dihydric alcohol containing acylhydrazone bonds (PA) and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer. Swelling behavior, rheological properties, reversible reaction under acid or aniline conditions and self-healing property of the polyurethane gel were studied. The results show that the polyurethane gel exhibits significant fluid properties and can be decomposed through reverse reaction under heating and acid or aniline conditions; the self-healing of polyurethane gel can be achieved through heating under acid or aniline conditions; the self-healing efficiency of polyurethane gel under acid conditions is much larger than the self-healing efficiency under aniline conditions; the self-healing efficiency of polyurethane gel after 6 h of healing time under 80 ℃ and acid conditions can be achieved 89.47%.
