      废弃绝缘子硅橡胶不仅污染环境,而且造成巨大的浪费。如何将这些废弃物进行再利用是目前亟待解决的问题。采用酸化、硅氢化等处理方式,将废弃绝缘子硅橡胶进行改性,与聚磷酸铵进行复配应用于阻燃聚乳酸(PLA)。通过热失重、氧指数、垂直燃烧及锥形量热测试方法,对比研究了硅橡胶改性前后对PLA热性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的硅橡胶(H-WSiRC)具有更高的热稳定性,含H-WSiRC的阻燃PLA氧指数可达33,通过UL94 V0级;最高热释放峰值和总热释放量值分别为187 kW/m2和36 MJ/m2,残炭量达到35.3%。与未改性的硅橡胶相比,H-WSiRC对PLA具有更好的阻燃促进作用。

      The waste silicone rubber not only pollutes the environment, but also causes great waste. How to recycle these wastes is an urgent problem to be solved. The silicone rubber was modified by the treatment of acidification and the hydrosilylation reaction, and was applied into the flame retardant poly (lactic acid) (PLA). The effects of silicone rubber modified before and after on the thermal properties and flame retardant properties were studied comparatively by thermogravimetry, limited oxygen index (LOI), vertical burning tests and cone calorimetric tests. The results show that the modified silicone rubber (H-WSiRC) has high thermal stability. The LOI value of the flame retardant PLA containing H-WSiRC reaches 33 and the UL94V0 level is achieved; the heat release peak and total heat release are 187 kW/m2 and 36 MJ/m2, the amount of residual char reaches 35.3%. The data means that the promotion of H-WSiRC for the flame retardancy of PLA is better than that of the unmodified silicone rubber.
