      以不同比例的苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体,进行饥饿滴加半连续乳液聚合制备纳米乳胶粒。考察了St和MMA单体比例对聚合动力学、乳胶粒粒径和粒子数目的影响;同时研究了单体滴加速度和成核数目的关系,并对其成核过程进行了初探。结果表明,随着共聚单体中MMA用量增加,单体转化率从70%增加到 90%;聚合物共聚组成偏离了滴加单体比例。MMA亲水性有助于获得体均粒径27.3 nm乳胶粒子,单位体积粒子数目(Np) 可达8.5×1015 mL-1(固含量12%)。单体滴加速率(Ra)的对数与聚合反应过程中Np的对数呈现良好的线性关系,lgNp∝lgRa。通过以上分析认为,饥饿单体滴加半连续乳液聚合可以制备纳米乳胶粒。
英文摘要:
      The nano latex particles were prepared by the monomer starved semibatch emulsion polymerization with different mole ratio of styrene (St) to methyl methacrylate (MMA). The effects of monomer mole ratios on the polymerization kinetics, particle diameters and numbers were investigated. The relation between monomer feeding rate and the nucleation particle number was discussed. The nucleation mechanism was studied preliminarily. The results show that monomer conversion increases from 70% to 90% with increase of the MMA content; and the hydrophilic monomers of MMA would be beneficial to harvest the particles with the average volume diameter of 27.3 nm and unit volume (Np) of 8.5×1015 mL-1 at 12% solid content. The lgNp has a liner relation with lg monomer feeding rate (Ra), lgNp∝lgRa. Based on the results above, a conclusion is obtained that the nano latex particles could be formed by the monomer starved semibatch emulsion polymerization.
