      通过熔融共混和注塑成型制备了木质素/聚乳酸复合材料,并通过差示扫描量热分析、力学性能测试、维卡软化点温度测定、扫描电镜、吸水率测试等方法研究了木质素含量对复合材料的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,木质素/聚乳酸复合材料的结晶度随着木质素含量的提高先减小后增大。随着木质素含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度降低,冲击强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,弹性模量则不断增大。当木质素含量为5%~10%时,复合材料的综合力学性能相对较好。少量木质素的加入有助于提高木质素/聚乳酸复合材料的维卡软化温度。随木质素含量的提高,复合材料的初始接触角增大,即亲水性下降。但浸泡后复合材料的吸水率却随木质素含量提高呈现上升的趋势,即吸水性能提高。

      The lignin/poly(L-lactic acid) (PLA) composites were prepared by melt compounding and followed by injection molding. Then the effect of lignin content on the structure and properties of lignin/PLA composites was studied by DSC, mechanical properties test, Vicat softening temperature test, SEM and water absorption test. The results show that the crystallinity degree of lignin/PLA composites decreases firstly and then increases with the increasing of lignin content. The tensile strength of composite decreases while the elastic modulus increases with the raising of lignin content. In addition, the Izod notched impact strength of composites increases firstly and then decreases. The lignin/PLA composites show better comprehensive mechanical properties when lignin content is 5%~10%. Moreover, the Vicat softening temperature of lignin/PLA composites can be improved by the addition of a small amount of lignin. With the increase of lignin content, the initial contact angle of lignin/PLA composites increases, which means the hydrophilicity of composites decreases. However, the water absorption of composites shows an increasing tendency with the increasing of lignin content after soaked in the water.
