      通过熔融共混法制备了一次性投料和分段投料的环氧基扩链剂JoncrylADR 4368/聚乳酸(PLA)/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)化学共混物,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重分析(TG)、熔体流动速率(MFR)、流变仪等研究了不同投料方式的PLA/PBS化学共混物结晶行为、热稳定性能及流变性能。FT-IR 结果表明ADR 与PLA/PBS发生了扩链反应;DSC结果表明,ADR 的加入能使PLA/PBS化学共混物的冷结晶温度(Tc)向着高温方向移动,且当ADR含量为1.0phr时,一次性投料的Tc 提高了11.93℃;随着ADR的增加,PLA/PBS化学共混物由β晶型向更稳定的α晶型转变,且一次性投料能产生更多稳定的α晶型。TG结果表明,ADR加入后,PLA/PBS化学共混物的热稳定性有提高的趋势,且与PLA/PBS物理共混物相比,PLA/PBS化学共混物的热分解温度提高了8.6℃。动态应变扫描结果表明,PLA/PBS化学共混物的储能模量(G’)随着应变(γ)的增加而减小,出现“Payne效应”,当ADR含量一定时,一次性投料的剪切应变临界值γc 高于分段投料的γc。动态频率扫描结果表明,ADR的加入能够增加分子链间的缠结作用,当ADR含量一定时,一次性投料的分子链间能产生更多的交联与支化结构。

      The disposable feeding and sectional feeding blend materials of the epoxy group of chain extender Joncryl ADR4368/poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) were prepared by melt blending method, the crystallization behavior, thermal stability and rheological properties of the PLA/PBS chemical blends were studied by FT-IR spectrum, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric (TG), melt flow rate (MFR) and rheometer. FT-IR results show that the chain extension reaction happens between ADR and PLA/PBS; the DSC results show that the addition of ADR could improve the chemical blends of PLA/PBS, the cold crystallization temperature (Tc) to high temperature direction, and when the content of ADR is 1.0 phr, the disposable feeding Tc increases 11.93 ℃;and with increase of ADR, PLA/PBS chemical blends from β-crystal type to the more stable type of α-crystal, the disposable feeding can produce more stable α-crystal shape.The TG results show that after the chain extender ADR joining, PLA/PBS chemical blends have a tendency to improve the thermal stability of the sample, and compared with the PLA/PBS physical blending materials, the thermal decomposition temperature of the PLA/PBS chemical blends materials can be increased by 8.6 ℃. Dynamic strain scan results show that the "Payne effect" appear in energy storage modulus (G′) curves with the increase of strain (γ), when the ADR content is fixed, the shear strain critical (γc) of disposable feeding is higher than γc of the sectional feeding. Dynamic frequency scan results show that the ADR can increase entanglement of the molecular chain, when the ADR content is fixed, the blend materials of disposable feeding can produce more crosslinking/branched structure.
