      使用碳酸钙作为机模板,海藻酸钠与聚乙烯亚胺作为胶囊壁材,通过层层自组装法制备了一种新型的纳米微胶囊,并选用环丙沙星作为模型药物研究了纳米微胶囊对药物的包覆与释放性能。结果表明,碳酸钙模板的平均粒径在经过超声和表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠处理后达到了432 nm;通过扫描电镜观察到海藻酸钠/聚乙烯亚胺微胶囊在模板移除后出现了塌陷的现象,同时也有100 nm以下粒径的小尺寸微胶囊及微胶囊表层的褶皱与折叠形貌出现;海藻酸钠/聚乙烯亚胺微胶囊对环丙沙星具有很强的负载能力,最高负载率可达27.96%。

      A novel nano-sized microcapsule was prepared through layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly, using calcium carbonate nanoparticles as sacrificial inorganic template and sodium alginate (SA) and polyethyleneimine (PEI) as wall material. Ciprofloxacin, as antibacterial medicine, was selected as model drug to study the encapsulation and release properties of the microcapsules. The results show that the mean size of calcium carbonate template is reduced to 432 nm after dispersing into sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) solution under sonication. SEM results show that the prepared microcapsules have the diameter under 100 nm, typical creases and collapse are found on the surface of the microcapsules. The nano-sized SA/PEI microcapsules show a high ciprofloxacin loading capacity of 27.96%.
