      以ε-己内酰胺(CPL)、己二酸、聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料采用一步法熔融聚合制备了聚醚酰胺弹性体(PEBA)相变材料。采用红外光谱法、差示扫描量热法、热失重、扫描电镜等方法、分析表征了聚醚酰胺弹性体的结构特征、相变行为、储热性能及热性能。结果表明,随着PEBA相变材料软硬比(PEG与己内酰胺的质量比)的减小,材料的相变温度先升高后降低,相变潜热增大,热稳定性明显增加,材料变脆。

      In this paper, polyamide thermoplastic elastomer (PEBA) phase change material with ε-caprolactam, adipic acid and polyethylene glycol was prepared by one-step melt polymerization. FT-IR, DSC, TG and SEM were used to analyze systematically structural characteristics, phase transformation behavior, heat storage properties and thermal performance of polyamide thermoplastic elastomer phase change material. The results indicate that phase transition temperature, phase change latent heat, thermal stability and phase change material fragility increase significantly when the ratio of long chain and short chain (the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol and caprolactam) of polyamide thermoplastic elastomer phase change material induces.
