A series of hindered phenol-blocked polyurethane/epoxy resin blends were prepared, and the influence of mass ratio and mica on dynamic mechanical properties and tension properties of the blends was investigated. The results show that epoxy resin can obviously widen the damping temperature ranges and improve damping properties of the blends. Tensile strength of the blends increases and elongation at break decreases as the EP amount increases. The results also show that damping properties and tensile strength of the blends can be improved by addition of mica.
