      以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,在50 ℃对异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)大单体与丙烯酸(AA)进行低转化率(<15%)的水溶液共聚反应。用凝胶渗透色谱和高效液相色谱分别测定反应体系中HPEG和AA 剩余量。依据设计反应单体投料比,K-T 作图法处理数据,得到异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)与丙烯酸(AA)的竞聚率分别为:r1(HPEG)=0.017,r2(AA)=1.70。进而分析了HPEG与AA共聚物P(HPEG-co-AA)的链段微结构和链节分布。当投料比为1∶4时,二元共聚物P(HPEG-co-AA)中HPEG以1个单体单元存在。丙烯酸均聚形成的链段以3~15个单体单元的链段长度为主,链段数均长度为7.8。

      Using isobutyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG) as macromonomer and acrylic acid (AA), ammonium persulfate (APS, 1%) as initiator, the copolymer with low conversion rate was synthesized by free radical polymerization reaction under the condition of 50 ℃water solution. By gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the monomer amount of residual andmacromonomer conversion rate of copolymer were measured.And then according to the monomer feed ratio, the reactivity ratio was calculated through the K-T method. The results show that under the conditions of low conversion rate, the reactivity ratio of isobutyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (HPEG) with acrylic acid(AA) is r1=0.017(HPEG), r2=1.70(AA). Micro-structure and chains distribution of P(HPEG-co-AA) were analyzed when the feed ratio of HPEG and acrylic acid was 1∶4. In the main chain of P(HPEG-co-AA), the length of HPEG is one monomer unit. Acrylic acid forms segments mainly at less than 10 monomer unit segments. The average length of the acrylic acid is 7.8, dominated with 3~15 monomer units.
