      文中提出了一种测试聚合物熔体压力敏感性的新设备与新测试方法。以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为研究对象,测试了LDPE的流变性能,通过比较恒剪切速率法、恒剪切应力法、叠加法对LDPE黏度的压力敏感性计算的差异,研究了压力对LDPE熔体黏度的影响。研究发现,使用恒剪切速率法计算得出的压力敏感性系数随着剪切速率的改变而改变,并且在低剪切速率时存在较大的误差;恒剪切应力法计算得出的压力敏感性系数较准确且为恒定值;叠加法得到的压力敏感性系数也为恒定值,但此方法计算过程较为复杂。
英文摘要:
      A kind of new equipment and method was put forward to test the pressure sensitivity of polymer melt. The viscosity of low density polyethylene was studied. Through the method of constant shear rate, the constant shear stress method and the superposition method, the viscosity pressure sensitivity coefficient of LDPE was calculated, the difference of the three method was compared, and the influence of pressure on the LDPE melt viscosity was studied. The viscosity pressure sensitivity coefficient calculated by constant shear rate method changes with the shear rate and there is a big error. The pressure sensitivity coefficient is accurately calculated by constant shear stress method and the value is constant. The pressure sensitivity coefficient calculated by the superposition method is also accurate, but the method is complex.
