      针对异氰酸酯型自修复微胶囊包封率较低、制备过程难以控制等问题,提出以聚氨酯预聚物为壁材原料,采用界面聚合法制备出微胶囊。以聚氨酯预聚物(拜尔L-75)与1,4-丁二醇(BDO)反应产物为壁材,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为芯材,油相中L-75的异氰酸酯(-NCO)官能团与水相中扩链剂BDO 的羟基(-OH)在界面处发生逐步聚合反应,生成聚氨酯膜,IPDI被聚氨酯膜成功包封形成微胶囊。讨论了BDO 加入量,乳化剂阿拉伯胶(GA)用量对微胶囊结构、形貌及性能的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了微胶囊的化学结构;采用光学显微镜研究了微胶囊形貌、大小分布;热重分析仪分析了微胶囊囊芯含量。结果表明,在50 ℃ 下,扩链剂BDO 质量分数为11.7%,GA 质量分数为17.4%,IPDI质量分数为67%,搅拌速度为600r/min,所制备的异氰酸酯微胶囊囊心质量分数为55.69%,包封率达到83%。

      In order to solve the problems of low entrapment ratio and limited controllbility during isocyanate self-healing microcapsules (SHM) preparation, an interfacial polymerization strategy for preparing SHM was proposed utilizing polyurethane prepolymer as wall material. In detail, polyurethane prepolymer (Bayer L-75) and 1,4-butanediol (BDO) were used to prepare the wall material and isophoroned diisocyanate (IPDI) was selected as core material.The interfacial polymerization occurred between isocyanate group (-NCO) of L-75 in oil phase and hydroxyl group (-OH) of 1,4-butanediol in aqueous phase, during which polyurethane film was generated to encapsulate core material. The influences of the amount of emulsifier and BDO on the performance of microcapsules were discussed. Chemical structures of the microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR. The surface morphology size distribution was investigated by optical microscope.The core content of microcapsules was studied by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The results show that the mass fraction of the core material of 55.69% and entrapmentratioof 83% are achieved when the feed ratio of curing agent 1,4-butanediol is fixed at 11.7%, emulsifier gum arabic at 17.4%, IPDI at 67% and stirring speed is kept at 600 r/min.
