      聚芴类微纳颗粒材料具有高的荧光量子效率、良好的光稳定性以及特殊的微纳尺寸效应,在化学、医学、新材料以及新能源等领域显示出极为重要的科学研究价值与广阔的应用前景。文中综述了近年来聚芴类微纳颗粒材料制备研究的新进展,对比分析了单体聚合法、微乳液法、再沉淀法、自组装法以及微流控法的优点与不足;对聚芴类微纳颗粒材料在生化传感器、细胞成像等领域的应用研究进行了重点阐述。同时,对聚芴类微纳颗粒材料研究工作中存在的焦点问题亦进行了客观分析与评价,并探讨了未来研究重点。
英文摘要:
      Owing to its advantages of high fluorescence quantum efficiency, good light stability and special micro or nano size effect, polyfluorene derivatives (PFDs) microparticles or nanoparticles have very important scientific research value and broad potential applications in the field of chemistry, medicine, new materials and new energy, etc. In this review, the new developments in the fabrication of PFDs microparticles or nanoparticles were summarized. And different preparation methods, including monomer polymerization, miniemulsion, reprecipitation, self-assembly and microfluidics were introduced and compared. Moreover, the research progress on the application of PFDs microparticles or nanoparticles in the fields of biochemical sensors and cell imaging was emphatically summarized. Finally, the confused problems and prospects of the research on the PFDs microparticles or nanoparticles were commented.
