      以硫酸铁(Fe2(SO4)3·7H2O)为交联剂,采用原位法制备丁腈橡胶(NBR)/Fe2(SO4)3·7H2O 配位交联复合材料,通过差示扫描量热分析、热重分析、溶胀指数、硫化性能测试和力学性能测试表征复合材料的结构和性能。结果表明,Fe2(SO4)3·7H2O 与NBR发生了配位交联反应,配位硫化为二级反应,活化能为37.3kJ/mol;NBR/Fe2(SO4)3·7H2O 硫化胶力学性能良好,拉伸强度可达14.2MPa,断裂伸长率为992%,Fe2(SO4)3·7H2O 在NBR基体中起到了配位交联剂和补强填充剂的作用。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, Fe2(SO4)33·7H2O was used as crosslinking agent and the acrylonitrile butadience rubber (NBR)/ferric sulfate (Fe2(SO4)33·7H2O) composites were prepared via in situ coordination crosslink. The structures and properties of the composites were characterized respectively through DSC, TGA, swelling index, vulcanizing properties and mechanical properties.?The results show that the coordination crosslinking reaction occurs between NBR and Fe2(SO4)33·7H2O. The reaction order is 2 and the apparent activation energy is 37.3 kJ/mol. Moreover, NBR/Fe2(SO4)33·7H2O vulcanizates possess good mechanical properties with the tensile strength of 14.2 MPa and elongation at break of 992%. It also can be concluded that Fe2(SO4)33·7H2O works both as coordination crosslinking agent and reinforcing filler for NBR matrix.
