      选取不同浓度的乙烯气体刺激处理橡胶树割胶所得天然橡胶为研究对象,与常规2%乙烯利液体刺激和刺激割胶所得天然橡胶作对比,探究了不同浓度气刺微割对天然橡胶分子链结构及流变特性的影响。采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振交联密度、橡胶加工分析仪等手段对不同浓度气刺微割天然橡胶进行了表征。结果表明,刺激处理降低了天然生胶的相对分子质量,增大了相对分子质量分散指数,减小了生胶的交联密度;不同浓度气刺微割所得天然橡胶的支化度相对于未刺激处理天然橡胶均有降低;动态流变性能测试表明,刺激处理降低了胶料的弹性模量、黏度及粘流活化能,增大了胶料的流动指数,改善了胶料的加工流变性能。

      In this study, the natural rubber as samples were obtained by normal-tapping, micro-tapping with different concentration of ethylene gas and stimulate-tapping with 2% ethephon liquid, the effect of different ethylene gas concentration on unvulcanized natural rubber molecular chain structure and rheological properties was studied. The molecular chain structure and rheological property of all kinds of samples were characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), nuclear magnetic resonance cross-link density (XLD) and rubber processing analyzer (RPA). The results show that the molecular weight decreases, the molecular weight distribution index increases, the cross-link density decreases and the degree of branching of unvulcanized natural rubber decreases by micro-tapping and stimulate-tapping compared with natural rubber by normal-tapping. It is found that micro-tapping and stimulate-tapping can decrease the elastic modulus,the activation energy of the viscous flow and compound viscosity. In addition, micro-tapping and stimulate-tapping also can increase the flow index of the natural rubber by the dynamic rheological performance test, which can improve the processing rheological properties of the raw rubber.
