      针对碱性阴离子交换膜离子传导率低的问题,采用添加表面富含咪唑的α-Al2O3(Al2O3-Im)纳米颗粒来改善咪唑功能化聚砜(PSf-Im)膜内的离子传递,制备了高离子传导性的PSf-Im/Al2O3-Im 复合膜。当纳米颗粒掺杂量为12%时,PSf-Im/Al2O3-Im 复合膜的氢氧根传导率达到45mS/cm,比PSf-Im 原膜提高了41%,膜的溶胀度与PSf-Im 原膜相当,表明添加/Al2O3-Im 纳米颗粒可以在保持膜的尺寸稳定性不变的情况下获得高的氢氧根传导率。同时复合膜也表现出比PSf-Im 原膜更加优良的碱稳定性。

      A novel imidazolium functionalized polysulfone (PSf-Im) based composite anion exchange membrane was prepared by incorporating imidazolium surface-functionalized α-Al2O3 (Al2O3-Im) nanocomposites. The properties of ion exchange capacity, water uptake, swelling ratio and hydroxide conductivity were characterized. The composite membrane with 12% of Al2O3-Im nanocomposites shows the conductivity of 45 mS/cm which is 41% higher than that of pristine PSf-Im membrane. And the swelling ratio of the composite membrane is comparable to that of the pristine one. It indicates that the doping of Al2O3-Im nanocomposites can enhance the hydroxide conductivity without sacrificing the dimensional stability of composite membranes. In addition, the composite membrane also shows better alkaline stability than the pristine one.
