      通过向磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合物中添加P2O5-SiO2溶胶,成功合成了有机/机复合质子交换膜。对比于SPEEK/PVDF复合膜,所制备的有机/机复合质子交换膜不仅保持了较高的尺寸稳定性及力学性能,同时还进一步提升了其质子电导率和吸水率。在所制备的有机/机复合膜中,40%(质量分数)P2O5-SiO2的有机/机复合膜质子电导率达到0.1883 S/cm,其所组装的单电池的开路电压为0.996 V,峰值功率密度达到490 mW/cm2

      By incorporating phosphosilicate sol into sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) and poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) polymer blend, the (SPEEK/PVDF)/PSi composite proton exchange membranes were prepared. Compared with the PVDF/SPEEK polymer blend membranes, the (SPEEK/PVDF)/PSi composite membranes incorporated with phosphosilicate not only maintain high dimensional stability as well as good thermal and mechanical properties, but also show an enhanced proton conductivity as well as an improved water uptake. In addition, it is confirmed that the proton conductivity of the composite membrane containing 40% (mass fraction) P2O5/SiO2 powder reaches 0.1883 S/cm, the open circuit voltage of the single cell assembled by this membrane is 0.996 V and its peak power density is 490 mW/cm2.
