      采用溶液共混法制备聚偏氟乙烯/聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PVDF/PBA)复合薄膜,通过偏光显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱研究了复合体系在不同的共混比例的形貌和晶体结构变化,通过TF Analyzer 2000分析了PBA组分的加入对复合体系电性能的影响。结果表明:α型PVDF环带球晶的环带间距随着体系内PBA含量的增多而增大,并且同一球晶外延的环带间距大于球晶中心位置的环带间距;PBA的加入促进了γ-PVDF晶体的生成,PVDF/PBA复合材料具有较高的矫顽场和剩余极化强度。
英文摘要:
      The PVDF/PBA composites were prepared by solution blending casting method. The morphologies and crystal structure of the composites with different blending ratios were characterized by POM, SEM, DSC and IR, the electrical properties of the composites were analyzed by TF Analyzer 2000. The results show that the ring spacing of α-type PVDF ring-spherulites increases with the content of PBA, and the ring spacing at the edges is larger than that at the center. The addition of PBA promotes the formation of γ-PVDF crystals, so the composites have higher coercive field and remnant polarization than neat PVDF.
