      以对苯二甲酸、硫酸肼为单体,发烟硫酸为溶剂与脱水剂制备了聚芳噁二唑(POD)成膜溶液,以硫酸水溶液为凝固浴,通过流延涂布和湿法凝固成型制备出了POD薄膜,研究了凝固浴浓度与温度等成型条件对膜结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当凝固浴硫酸浓度增大时,POD膜表面形貌逐渐变得致密平整,结晶度逐渐降低,力学性能逐步提高,击穿场强逐渐增加,当硫酸质量分数达到40%时,所得POD膜具有最佳的综合性能;当凝固浴温度不断升高时,膜的成型过程不断减缓,同时逐步发生水解反应,导致聚合物中酰肼基团增多,结晶度降低,力学性能逐渐变差,吸湿率逐渐增加,当凝固浴温度控制在30 ℃以下时,所得POD薄膜性能最佳。

      Aromatic polyoxadiazole (POD) was synthesized by using terephthalic acid and hydrazine sulfate as monomers, fuming sulfuric acid as solvent and dehydrating agent. POD films were obtained from wet forming in coagulation bath (water and sulfuric acid solution) and the effects of concentration and temperature of coagulation bath on the structure and properties of the films were studied. According to the results, when the concentration of H2SO4 in the coagulation bath increases, the surface morphology of the films gradually becomes dense and the crystallinity decreases gradually, and the mechanical properties and breakdown strength are gradually increased. When the mass fraction of H2SO4 is 40%, the structure and performance of the film are the best. When the temperature of the coagulation bath is increasing, the film forming process is slowing down, the crystallinity is decreased, the mechanical properties are gradually decreased, and the moisture absorption rate is gradually increased. When the temperature is 30 ℃, the performance is the best.
