      文中以廉价、防腐没食子酸为原料,制备了没食子酸环氧丙烯酸树脂(GA-EA)。运用红外光谱、透射电镜、热重分析、动态力学热分析和差示扫描量热分析对样品进行了结构分析和测试,并研究了材料在改性剂三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)不同添加量时的力学性能、热性能及混杂固化的动力学,测试了其玻璃化转变温度 (Tg)和材料的毒性。结果表明,没食子酸环氧丙烯酸树脂可快速进行固化反应,且随着TMPTMA含量的增加,材料的力学性能增强,Tg也随之升高,50% TMPTMA的Tg为97.7 ℃,比纯样品提高40.9 ℃;体系的平均表观活化能(Ea)可降低近80 kJ/mol,细胞成活率为88%以上,说明材料毒。有望开发成医用环保(例如补牙)高分子材料。

      The research and development of green, environment-friendly and renewable biomaterials with high performance has become the focus of researchers. In this paper, gallic acid epoxy-acrylic resin(GA-EA)was prepared from the cheap, anticorrosive gallic acid. And the structure of GA-EA was analyzed and tested by FT-IR, TEM, TGA, DMA and DSC. The mechanical properties, thermal properties and the kinetics of GA-EA modified trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA) hybrid curing were studied. The glass-transition temperature (Tg) and toxicity of the materials were tested. The results show that GA-EA could be cured quickly; the mechanical properties of the materials also increase with the increase of TMPTMA content; Tg of the GA-EA/TMPTMA composites with 50% TMPTMA is 97.7 ℃, which is 40.9 ℃ higher than that of the pure samples. The average apparent activation energy Ea of the system can be reduced by nearly 80 kJ / mol; the cell survival rate is above 88% and the material is non-toxic. It can be developed as a medical environmental protection macromolecular material (e.g.Dental prosthesis).
