      采用半连续种子乳液聚合法以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯为主单体,同时引入苯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、羟基磷酸酯等功能性单体,合成防腐型核壳聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并研究了丙烯酸用量及羟基磷酸酯用量对聚丙烯酸酯乳胶膜防腐性能的影响。结果表明,所合成的乳液粒径在100 nm左右,乳胶粒分散均匀。当丙烯酸用量为2%、羟基磷酸酯用量为4%时,所制备的聚丙烯酸酯乳液在金属表面形成的涂层防腐性能最优,其附着力可达0级、无闪蚀、铅笔硬度为2H。
英文摘要:
      Anticorrosion core-shell polyacrylate emulsion was prepared by semi continuous seeded emulsion polymerization using methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as main monomers, styrene, acrylic acid, glycidyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxyl phosphate as functional monomers. Meanwhile, the effects of the dosage of acrylic acid and hydroxyl phosphate on the anticorrosion properties of polyacrylate latex film were investigated. The results show that the particle size of the emulsion is about 100 nm, and the latex particles are dispersed evenly. When the dosage of acrylic acid and hydroxyl phosphate is 2% and 4%, respectively, the corrosion resistance of the polyacrylate latex film is the best. The adhesion and pencil hardness of the film are up to 0 and 2H, moreover, there is no flash.
