Abstract:Through prepolymerization method, a series of polyurethane elastomer (CPU) were synthesized using polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG), polyoxypropylene (PPG) and both blends PTMG/PPG as soft segment, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI-100) and 3 , 3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (MOCA) as hard segment. The effect of different ratio of PTMG/PPG on the hydrogen bonds of the elastomer was discussed by FT-IR,DMA and DSC. The results show that with the increase of the content of PPG prepolymer in the mixed prepolymer, the total hydrogen bonding degree in the carbonyl region and hydrogen bond of urea carbonyl changes little, and degree of the hydrogen bond of the urethane increases first and then decreases. The activation energy of hydrogen bond dissociation of urethane carbonyl becomes larger, and the hydrogen bond tends to be in order; the melting enthalpy of the long-range order structure of the hard segment decreases, and the degree of order for hydrogen bond of urea carbonyl decreases.
