      采用动态硫化法制备尼龙12(PA12)/氯丁橡胶(CR)高韧合金,研究了硫化体系的种类及橡塑比等因素对PA12/CR性能的影响。力学性能、扫描电镜、动态力学热分析、热重分析、差示扫描量热等测试结果表明,采用氧化镁氧化锌复配硫化体系且PA12/CR质量比为70/30时,合金性能最好,缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度分别较未硫化的PA12/CR提高了91.1%和37.1%,主要是由于动态硫化提高了PA12与CR的相容性。动态硫化还提高了PA12/CR合金的热稳定性以及PA12的结晶温度和结晶速率。

      In this article, nylon 12 (PA12)/chloroprene rubber (CR) alloys with high toughness were prepared via dynamic vulcanization method. The effects of vulcanization system types and rubber ratio on the properties of PA12/CR alloys were studied. The results of mechanical properties, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements show that the dynamically vulcanized PA12/CR (70/30) alloy with MgO-ZnO vulcanization system possesses the most satisfactory properties. In comparison with the non-vulcanized PA12/CR (70/30) alloy, the notched impact strength and tensile strength are increased by 91.1% and 37.1%, respectively, which is mainly due to the improved compatibility between PA12 and CR by dynamic vulcanization. Dynamic vulcanization also improves the thermal stability of PA12/CR alloy, the crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of PA12.
