      采用紫外辐照和硅烷偶联剂KH570二次接枝的方法对芳纶纤维表面进行改性,研究二次改性对芳纶纤维结构及性能的影响,并测试了改性芳纶纤维/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能。结果表明,经紫外辐照改性后,芳纶纤维表面产生活性官能团,为二次接枝提供反应活性点;KH570二次接枝改性后,纤维表面活性和表面粗糙度明显改善,并在其表面引入有助于提高粘合性能的活性官能团。整个改性过程简单、高效和安全。相比于未改性芳纶纤维/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料(AF/CB/NR),紫外辐照-硅烷偶联剂二次改性芳纶纤维/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料(KH570-UV-AF/CB/NR)的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度和H 抽出力分别提升了17.1%、24.7%、22.4%、48.7%和132.1%。

      Using UV irradiation and silane coupling agent (KH570) secondary grafts to modify the surface of aramid fiber. The effects of secondary modification on the structure and properties of aramid fiber were investigated, and the mechanical properties of modified aramid fiber/ carbon black /natural rubber composite materials were tested. The results show that the active functional group on the surface of aramid fiber is produced to provide reactivity points for secondary grafting after UV treatment. After the secondary grafting modification of KH570, the surface activity and surface roughness of the fibers are significantly improved, and the active functional groups which could improve the adhesion performance are introduced on the surface. The whole process is simple, efficient and safe. Compared with the unmodified aramid fiber/carbon black/natural rubber composites (AF/CB/NR), UV irradiation and silane coupling agent secondary modification of aramid fiber/carbon black/natural rubber composites (KH570-UV-AF/CB/NR) tensile strength, modulus at 100%, modulus at 300%, tear strength and drawing force increase by 17.1%, 24.7%, 22.4%,48.7% and 132.1%, respectively.
