      利用分子模拟软件MaterialsStudio(MS)6.0对不同比例聚氨酯(PU)与聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混物的相容性进行了分子模拟。模拟结果显示,当PU/PVC质量比在90/10时,两者的相容性最好。采用湿法相转换法制备PU/PVC共混膜。研究了PU/PVC共混体系铸膜液的热力学相图、成膜动力学,测定了共混膜的断面形态、X射线衍射光谱、热失重曲线、透气性、导热效率及力学性能。结果表明,添加PVC后,PU/PVC铸膜液体系的分相曲线均不同程度地向PU-DMF轴移动,分相时所需凝固浴的量减少;与PU 膜相比,当PU/PVC质量比在90/10时,膜透气性由0.1561L/(cm2·min)增至2.600L/(cm2·min),导热效率由0%增至25.18%,断裂拉伸应变由414.26%增至430.96%,综合性能达到最优。

      The compatibility of PU and PVC blends with different proportion were simulated by the software of Materials Studio(MS)6.0. Simulation results show that the compatibility between PU and PVC is the best with the mass ratio of 90/10. The PU/PVC blend membranes were prepared by wet phase inversion method. Concerning the PU/PVC casting solution, the thermodynamic phase diagram and membrane formation kinetics were investigated. The morphologies, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), air permeability, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of the PU/PVC blend membrane were measured. The results show that binodal curves of PU/PVC casting solution are deflected to the PU-DMF axis compared with that of single PU casting solution. In addition, the required quantity of coagulation bath is reduced during phase inversion process. When the mass ratio of PU/PVC is 90/10, the air permeability increases from 0.1561 L/(cm2·min) to 2.600 L/(cm2·min), the heat conductivity increases from 0% to 25.18%, the elongation at break increases from 414.26% to 430.96%, and the PU/PVC blend membrane achieves optimal comprehensive performance.
