      通过结合静电喷雾和静电纺丝的方法,运用低浓度的聚乳酸溶液进行静电喷雾制备珠粒,同时用高浓度的聚丙烯腈溶液进行静电纺丝制备纤维,在接收板上成功制得均匀可控的串珠状异质纤维。运用制备得到的串珠纤维加载地塞米松进行药物释放研究,在波长为241nm 处测量载药纤维薄膜在磷酸盐模拟体液中溶出液的吸光度,测得地塞米松随着时间的延长,溶出速度加快,到2h左右时,药物释放量达60%左右,到6h左右已基本全部溶出,具有良好的药物缓释效果。

      In this paper, by combining the method of electrostatic spraying and electrospinning, controllable bead-on-string heterogeneous fibers were successfully prepared on receiving board, using polylactic acid solution with low concentration for electrostatic spraying, using polyacrylonitrile solution with high concentration for electrospinning at the same time. Finally, the drug release was studied by using prepared bead-on-string fibers loaded with dexamethasone. The absorbance of the drug-containing fiber membrane in the phosphate-simulated body fluid was measured at a wavelength of 241 nm. The results show that the dissolution rate of dexamethasone increases with time, and the drug release is approximately 60% at 2 h. At about 6 h, it is almost completely dissolved, indicating that the drug-loaded fiber membrane has a good drug release effect.
