      通过分子设计制备一种新型二胺单体4-(4-吗啉基苯基)-2,6-双(4-胺基苯基)吡啶(MPAP)及3种含吗啉基苯基及吡啶环可溶性聚酰胺(PA)。研究结果表明,所制备的PA具有良好的溶解性能,在室温下能溶于高沸点有机溶剂,如N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲亚砜(DMSO)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP),在加热条件下能部分溶于四氢呋喃(THF)和丙酮等低沸点溶剂;较高的耐热性,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均高于205 ℃,氮气中10%热失重温度在461 ℃ 以上;优异的光学性能,截止波长低于396 nm,542 nm处的透过率均超过80%。此外,PA薄膜具有较好的力学性能,其拉伸强度为62~83 MPa,断裂伸长率为4.6%~12.8%,弹性模量为0.6~1.7 GPa。

      A novel diamine monomer, 4-(4-morpholinylphenyl)-2,6-bis(4-aminophenyl)pyridine (MPAP) and a series of soluble polyamides (PA) containing morpholinylphenyl and pyridine rings were synthesized. PA shows excellent solubility in high-boiling organic solvents at room temperature, such as N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). Moreover, they can be partially dissolved in low-boiling solvents under heating, such as tetrahydrofuran (THF) and chloroform (CHCl3). Furthermore, They present high thermal properties with the glass transition temperature (Tg) and 10% mass loss temperature (T10%) exceeding 205 ℃ and 461 ℃, respectively. Moreover, they exhibit prominent optical properties with the cut-off wavelength below 400 nm. In addition, PA films display good mechanical properties with the tensile strength of 62~83 MPa, elongation at break of 4.6%~12.8%, elastic modulus of 0.6~1.7 GPa.
