      研究用羟值配比不同的5种聚醚多元醇对聚氨酯泡沫材料吸水性、保水性的影响。用不同配比的聚醚与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI80/40)反应制备预聚体,然后与水、机填料混合反应,制得聚氨酯土栽培基质。对所得的聚氨酯泡沫材料进行饱和吸水倍率、总孔隙率、持水孔隙率等理化性质测试,以及力学性能的检测;采用扫描电镜比较基于不同羟值聚醚多元醇聚氨酯发泡材料的泡孔结构。研究结果表明,随着反应中聚醚多元醇羟值的增加,制得的聚氨酯发泡材料的容重越来越小,通气孔隙越大,其吸水性保水性能越好(551%)。
英文摘要:
      The impact of five kinds of different polyether polyol on polyurethane (PU) foams was studied. First of all, the prepolymer was prepared with isocyanate(TDI80/40) and different proportions of polyether, then mixed with water and inorganic filler.The PU foams were prepared which were used for soilless culture. The PU foams were tested by saturated water absorption rate, total porosity, water-holding property and mechanical properties. In addition, the foam was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)to compare and contrast the pore structure based on five kinds of different polyether polyol. The results show that when the polyether polyol content increases, the bulk density is getting smaller; and ventilated pores become larger, the water absorption and content properties also become better (551%).
