Abstract:A polypyrrole derivative containing electron donor-acceptor groups(PAPDBOBE) was synthesised. The chemical structures and properties of the polymer were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR),UV-Vis,thermogravimetry(TG) and cyclic voltammetry(C-V) spectroscopy.UV-Vis spectroscopy reveals the energy bandgap of PAPDBOBE is 1.51 eV.TGA indicates that PAPDBOBE decomposes at 165 ℃.C-V of PAPDBOBE electrode in the potential range from-1V to 1 V is conducted in 0.1 mol LiClO4 /1L acetonitrile(AN) solution. The result shows that peak potentials of the redox reaction are 0.52 V and-0.51 V,respectively.
