Abstract:poly ε-caprolactone(PCL) was made by calendar film and solvent film respectively, the film was biodegraded for 100 days in the degradation solution, the effect of different processes on degradation and crystallization before and after degradation of PCL films was investigated.Optical microscope(OM) was used to observe the surface morphology of PCL films before and after degradation;the wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) was used to characterize crystallization of PCL films before and after degradation;gel permeation chromatography(GPC) was used to determine the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PCL in the process of degradation. The results show: solvent film technology can improve the PCL hydrophilic, increase the crystal size, enhance biodegradation of PCL,while rolling film manufacturing improves the membrane surface density, decreases crystal size, but has little effect on the crystal form and crystallinity. The degraded PCL crystal does not notably change, the crystallinity decreases.
