Abstract:Chitosan (CS), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and nano graphite (G) were chosen as raw materials to prepare CS/PVA nanofibers and CS/PVA/G nanofibers via electrospinning approach. Then, polyaniline was coated on the resulting nanofiber surface by in-situ polymerization to form electrical conductive composite fibers. The morphology and composition of nanofibers were characterized by SEM, XRD and FT-IR, and then the conductivity of composite nanofibers was also measured and compared. It is found that the polyaniline conductive layer can definitely increase the electrical conductive property of CS/PVA nanofibers, furthermore, nano graphite can obviously enhance the conductive effect of polyaniline in CS/PVA/G nanofibers.
