Abstract:The metallosupramolecular polymers, which refer to the polymers containing metal-ligand interactions, generally show stimuli-responsive property due to the dynamic nature of the metal-ligand interactions. Furthermore, the presence of metallic element contributes to the valuable optical, electrical, magnetic properties. Herein, this review covers the application of metallosupramolecular polymers in smart gels, healable materials and micelle system.
