Abstract:A self-made phosphorus containing diol 2ohp was synthesized from phenyl dichlorophosphate, triethylamine, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2 - (diethylamino) ethanol and diethanolamine. Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polycarbonate diol (pcdl), hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), phosphorus containing diol 2ohp, dihydroxymethylpropionic acid (DMPA), pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) A Waterborne UV curable six arm polyurethane modified by phosphorus and silicon was synthesized by dipentaerythritol (DI PE) and triethylamine. The synthesis of the polymer was characterized by IR and NMR. Compared with pure WPU, when the mass fraction of phosphorus containing diol is 21.1% and the content of hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane is 12.1%, the comprehensive performance of the film is the best. The contact angle increased from 83.7 ° to 108.8 °, the water absorption decreased from 9.4% to 5.7%, and the hydrophobicity was enhanced. The limiting oxygen index (LOI) has increased from 17.8% to 27.5%, reaching the level of fire resistance, and UL-94 has reached the level of V-0,The graphitization degree of residual carbon is improved.The flame retardant performance has become better.
