Abstract:The silver nanowires (AgNWs) were synthesized by polyol method, and the surface was modified with oleic acid (OA), then the PLA/AgNWs nanocomposites were prepared by the solution casting method. The crystal structure, microscopic morphology and composition of AgNWs were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and Fourier infrared spectrometer (FT-IR). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that the aspect ratio of AgNWs is about 428, and the AgNWs modified with OA are uniformly dispersed in the PLA matrix. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and polarizing microscope (POM) were used to study the glass transition and crystallization behavior of PLA/AgNWs. The results show that the addition of AgNWs reduces the glass transition temperature of the PLA matrix by 5~6 ℃. The isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization behavior studies show that a small amount of AgNWs can promote the crystallization of PLA, while an excessive amount of AgNWs has a certain hindering effect on the crystallization of PLA. When 5%AgNWs is added, the nucleation density, crystallinity and crystallization rate of PLA matrix reach the maximum.
