    摘要:

    为了进一步改善三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)基耐烧蚀绝热层的隔热性能,在EPDM绝热层材料的背部引入相同厚度的未发泡层、发泡层及交替发泡多层等3 种基体层结构,对比分析了不同基体层结构对EPDM绝热层材料隔热性能的影响。实验结果表明,相较于传统EPDM绝热层材料,基体层结构的引入均能使绝热层材料的导热率有不同程度的下降,其中交替发泡多层结构样品的导热率下降幅度较大,且烧蚀过程中的最大背面温度明显降低,交替发泡8 层和16层样品分别降低了14.7 ℃和23 ℃。与发泡层结构相比,交替发泡多层结构中引入未发泡层作为支撑层保护发泡层,使其在烧蚀过程承受高压冲击时,泡孔结构不会被挤压变形,从而充分发挥其隔热优势。

    Abstract:

    In order to further improve the thermal insulation performance of ethylene- propylene- diene monomer (EPDM) based insulators, different virgin layer structures (unfoamed layer, foamed layer and alternating foamed multi-layer) with the same thickness were introduced to the back-face of EPDM-based insulators, and the effects of different virgin layer structures on the thermal insulation performance of EPDM- based insulators were analyzed. Compared with the traditional EPDM- based insulator, the thermal conductivity of EPDM- based insulators is decreased with different degrees as the introduction of the virgin layer structure. The back- face temperature of the samples with alternating foam multilayer structure decreases to a great extent, and the back-face temperature of 8-layer and 16-layer samples is decreased by 14.7 ℃ and 23 ℃, respectively. Compared with the foamed layer structure, the introduction of the unfoamed layer can act as support layer to protect the foamed layer in the alternating foam multilayer structure, so that the foamed structure will not be extruded and deformed when it is subjected to high pressure impact during the ablation, thus giving full play to its thermal insulation advantages.
