    摘要:

    为探究石墨烯填充聚醚醚酮/聚四氟乙烯(PEEK/PTFE)复合材料制备过程中烧结温度对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,基于分子动力学模拟研究方法,分别构建10%PEEK/PTFE和1%石墨烯/10%PEEK/PTFE体系模型,通过模拟复合材料制备过程中不同的烧结温度,得到复合材料对应的力学和摩擦学性能相关参数。在不同烧结温度制得10%PEEK/PTFE 和1%石墨烯/10%PEEK/PTFE 样品,进行了摩擦磨损试验及磨损形貌分析。结果表明,采用石墨烯填充PEEK/PTFE 复合材料可以有效改善复合材料的摩擦磨损特性,不同烧结温度对复合材料分子间作用力、材料力学特性和摩擦特性表现出不同程度的影响,当烧结温度为360 ℃时,复合材料分子间作用力、材料力学特性和摩擦特性均达到峰值。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the influence on sintering temperature to the friction and wear performance of graphene- filled polyetheretherketone/polytetrafluoroethylene(PEEK/PTFE) composite during preparation, the models of 10%PEEK/PTFE and 1%Graphene/10%PEEK/PTFE were constructed based on molecular dynamics simulation method. And then the parameters of the corresponding mechanical and tribological properties of composite were obtained. Under different sintering temperatures, the samples of 10% PEEK/PTFE and 1% Graphene/10%PEEK/PTFE were prepared, then the friction wear test and wear morphology analysis were carried out. The results show that the friction and wear characteristics of the PEEK/PTFE composite material can be effectively improved by graphene, and different sintering temperatures have varying degrees of influence on the intermolecular forces, material mechanical properties, and friction characteristics of the composite materials. When the sintering temperature is 360 ℃ , the intermolecular forces, material mechanical properties, and friction characteristics of the composite materials all reach their peaks.
