    文中以丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯为主单体,以丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯为功能单体,以衣康酸单丁酯为硫化点单体,采用半连续乳液聚合工艺,制备了低凝胶含量且数均分子量约为3.00×105的乳聚羧酸型丙烯酸酯生胶。为了降低因自由基对共聚物主链上α-H的攻击及亲水性单体在水相中成核而生成凝胶,探索了聚合工艺条件、配方中各组分用量及后处理工艺对生胶凝胶含量及其数均分子量的影响。结果表明,调控聚合温度55 ℃和垫底单体比例25%时,可将生胶中凝胶含量从13.20%降低至3.57%;通过优化配方中链转移剂正十二烷基硫醇质量分数0.025%、缓冲剂碳酸钾质量分数0.40%和溶剂正庚烷质量分数5.0%,可将生胶凝胶含量降低至0.10%;通过添加少量聚合终止剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠消除残余引发剂,采用氯化钠溶液絮凝乳液防止多价金属盐与羧基的螯合,以及生胶在低于80 ℃干燥,可控制生胶在后处理过程中生成凝胶。所得生胶凝胶含量低于国内外同类产品,有望制得综合性能更优的橡胶制品。

    Abstract:

    The carboxylic acrylate raw rubber with low gel content and number- average molecular weight about 3.00 × 105 was prepared through semi- continuous emulsion polymerization using ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate as main monomers, methoxyethyl acrylate as functional monomer and isocyanate butyl acrylate as vulcanization monomer. In order to reduce the gel content caused by the attack of free radicals on α-H located on the copolymer backbones and the nucleation of hydrophilic monomers in the aqueous phase, the effects of polymerization conditions, the dosage of components and post-treatment conditions on the gel content and number-average molecular weight of the copolymer were studied in detail. Result show that the gel content could be decreased from 13.20% to 3.57% by controlling the polymerization temperature at 55 ℃ and adding 25% monomers during the first polymerization stage. Furthermore, the gel content could be continuously lowered to 0.10% if the n- dodecyl mercaptan is used as chain transfer agent and the dosage controlled at 0.025% , while potassium carbonate as pH conditioner at 0.40%, and n-heptane as solvent at 5.0%. In addition, some strategies, such as adding a small amount of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate to terminate the polymerization, using NaCl aqueous solution as flocculating agent to prevent chelation between carboxyl groups and multivalent metal ions, and drying the copolymer below 80 ℃, could be applied to reduce the gel content. Comparing with the same kinds of carboxylic acrylate raw rubber at home and abroad, the gel content in this study is lower, indicating the better products could be obtained from this kind of raw rubber.
