    制备了不同相对分子质量的液体杜仲胶(LEUG),利用左旋多巴胺(LDOPA)的氨基和LEUG分子链上环氧基团之间的反应,采用乳液工艺制备了左旋多巴胺接枝液体杜仲胶(LEUG-g-LDOPA)。研究了LEUG和LEUG-g-LDOPA作为木材胶黏剂的黏结强度和耐水性,并与市售的水性环氧树脂胶黏剂进行了对比。核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和旋转黏度仪分析了LEUG-g-LDOPA的结构和性能。搭接剪切试验对比了LEUG和LEUG-gLDOPA对木材的黏结性能。结果表明,随相对分子质量增加,LEUG胶黏剂对木材的搭接剪切强度先增后降,数均分子量Mn = 1.51 × 104 时搭接剪切强度出现最大值2.91 MPa。LEUG-g-LDOPA搭接剪切强最高可达5.74 MPa,比LEUG提高了97%,黏结强度与水性环氧树脂胶黏剂相当。从耐水性上看,1.99LEUG-g-LDOPA湿态搭接剪切强度为3.14MPa,高于LEUG和水性环氧树脂的湿态搭接剪切强度。LEUG-g-LDOPA对木材的强黏附性与LEUG柔性链结构、主链上的极性基团和侧链邻苯二酚结构的 LDOPA 存在有关;良好的耐水性主要来源于 LEUG 的疏水性及 LEUG-gLDOPA的极性基团与木材表面的极性基团间的强相互作用。

    Abstract:

    Liquid Eucommia ulmoides gum (LEUG) with different molecular weight were synthesized, and through the reaction between the amino groups of levodopa (LDOPA) and epoxy groups on the LEUG molecular chains, levodopa-grafted liquid Eucommia ulmoides gum (LEUG-g-LDOPA) was prepared by emulsion process. The bond strength and water- resistance of LEUG and LEUG-g-LDOPA as wood adhesive were investigated and compared with commercially water-based epoxy adhesives. The structure and properties of LEUG-g-LDOPA were analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy (1H- NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and rotational viscosity meter. The adhesive properties of LEUG and LEUG- g- LDOPA to wood were investigated by lap shear test. The results show that with the increase of molecular weight, the lap shear strength of LEUG adhesive on wood increases and then decreases, and the maximum lap shear strength is 2.91 MPa at Mn = 1.51 × 104 . The lap shear strength of LEUG-g-LDOPA is up to 5.74 MPa, which is 97% higher than that of LEUG, and the adhesive strength is comparable with that of water-based epoxy resin adhesive. In terms of water resistance, the wet lap shear strength of 1.99LEUG- g-LDOPA is 3.14 MPa, which is higher than that of LEUG and water- based epoxy resin. The strong adhesion of LEUG- g- LDOPA to the wood is related to the presence of the flexible chain structure of LEUG, polar groups on the main chain and catechol- structured LDOPA pendent groups. The good water- resistance mainly comes from the hydrophobicity of LEUG and strong chemical interaction between LEUG-g-LDOPA and wood surface.
