    以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为成膜基体材料,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻硝基苯辛基醚(o-NPOE)及癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)为增塑剂制备复合膜,增塑剂与PVC质量比范围为1.0~3.0,与前人制备离子选择电极膜中增塑剂/PVC质量比范围相近。通过接触角随时间变化研究了增塑剂用量和分子结构对膜表面结构和润湿性的影响。结果表明,复合膜表面接触角随时间的变化与体系中烷基链的偏转有关。质量比为1.5~3.0的DOP/PVC复合膜和质量比为1.0~3.0的 DBP/PVC 复合膜有陡降发生,且增塑剂含量越多,陡降发生得越早;不同质量比的o-NPOE/PVC和DOS/PVC复合膜中增塑剂分子很快发生了偏转,初始接触角与平衡接触角相差不大,60 s内减小2°左右。平衡接触角与增塑剂分子中非极性的脂肪碳原子数和极性基团个数的比值(Ap/Po)有关。增塑剂与 PVC 质量比为 1.5~3.0 时,DOP/PVC,o-NPOE/PVC 和 DOS/PVC 体系 Ap/Po相等,平衡接触角基本接近,为 88.0°;DBP/PVC 体系Ap/Po比前面三者小,平衡接触角小,仅有79.0°。

    Abstract:

    The composite films were prepared by using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as film-forming matrix, and dioctyl phthalate (DOP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), o- nitrophenyl octyl ether (o- NPOE) and diisooctyl sebacate (DOS) as plasticizers. The mass ratio range of plasticizer and PVC is 1.0 ~ 3.0, which is similar to the mass ratio range of plasticizer/PVC in ion- selective electrode films prepared by predecessors. The influence of plasticizer dosage and molecular structure on the surface structure and wettability of the films was studied by the change of contact angle with time. The results show that the change of contact angle of the plasticizer /PVC composite films with time is related to the deflection of alkyl chain in the system. DOP/PVC composite films with mass ratio of 1.0~3.0 and DBP/PVC composite films with mass ratio of 1.0~3.0 have sharp drops, and the more plasticizer content is, the earlier the occurrence of the sharp drop phenomenon appears. The plasticizer molecules in o-NPOE/PVC and DOS/PVC composite films with different mass ratios are quickly deflecting, and the initial contact angle is not much different from the equilibrium contact angle, which decreases by about 2° within 60 s. The equilibrium contact angle is related to the ratio of the number of non-polar fatty carbon atoms to the number of polar groups (Ap/Po) of the plasticizer molecules. When the mass ratio of plasticizer and PVC is 1.5~3.0, the Ap/Po of DOP/PVC, o-NPOE/PVC and DOS/PVC are equal, and the equilibrium contact angle is basically close to 88°. The Ap/Po of DBP/PVC system is smaller than of the previous three, and the equilibrium contact angle is small, only 79.0°.
