    通过在壳聚糖(CS)主链中引入丙烯酸(AA)基团,并且掺入铁离子(Fe3+)使之与羧酸(—COOH)形成金属配位键,成功制备了一种具有pH响应性和自愈合性能的水凝胶。通过红外光谱和扫描电镜分析,证实AA和Fe3+成功地与CS进行了交联。响应性和重复性实验结果表明,水凝胶具有良好的pH和盐溶液响应性,能够在不同pH和盐溶液中反复溶胀和消溶胀,同时保持稳定的形貌。为了验证其实用性,以5-氟尿嘧啶为模型药物,研究了不同pH条件下的药物释放情况。结果表明,凝胶的药物释放量随着外界pH条件的变化而变化。此外,凝胶切开后能在无外界压力的情况下实现自愈合。这种具有pH响应性和自愈性能的水凝胶在医药领域具有广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    A kind of hydrogel with pH- responsive and self- healing properties was successfully prepared by introducing acrylic acid (AA) groups into the main chain of chitosan (CS), and adding Fe3+ to form metal-ligand bonds with -COOH. It is confirmed through infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis that AA and Fe3+ are successfully crosslinked with CS. The experimental results of responsiveness and reproducibility prove that the hydrogel has good pH and salt solution responsiveness, and could repeatedly swell and eliminate swelling in different pH and salt solutions, while maintaining a stable morphology. To verify its practicality, 5- fluorouracil was used as model drug to study the drug release under different pH conditions. The experimental results show that the drug release amount of hydrogel would change with the change of external pH conditions. Furthermore, the hydrogel can self-heal without external pressure after incision. This kind of hydrogel with pH response and self-healing properties has a great promise for pharmaceutical applications.
