    为解决水力压裂过程中高黏携砂与压裂结束后低黏返排的需求矛盾,文中先向阴离子聚丙烯酰胺分子上引入苯硼酸官能团得到聚合物P(AM/AA/VPBA),然后通过硼酸基团与聚乙烯醇(PVA)反应生成硼酸酯六元环,制备了一种含有硼酸酯动态共价键的压裂液用稠化剂P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、相对分子质量测定、热失重分析等多种方式对中间体和稠化剂进行了结构表征,并对P( AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA 溶液的循环利用性、耐温性、抗盐性、黏弹性及携砂性进行了研究。结果表明,质量分数0.3% 的PVA 可对质量分数0.5% 的P( AM/AA/VPBA)溶液有效交联,该交联体系可被质量分数3% 的丙三醇较彻底解交联。pH 值从4 升高到11 有利于交联网络的形成,且可通过pH 值调控实现P( AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA 的破胶和网络再生。P( AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA 溶液具有温度响应的“增稠-破胶”效应,这有利于P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA 在压裂全流程不同阶段的性能调控。

    Abstract:

    To balance the contradiction between high-viscosity sand carrying during hydraulic fracturing and low-viscosity backflow after fracturing, in this paper, a thickener P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA for fracturing fluid containing borate ester dynamic covalent bonds was prepared through a two-step reaction. Firstly, the phenylboric acid functional group was introduced into anionic polyacrylamide to obtain polymer P(AM/AA/VPBA). Then, boric acid ester hexatomic ring was prepared by the reaction of boric acid group with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The intermediates and thickeners were characterized by various methods such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance 1H spectroscopy, molecular weight, and thermal gravimetric analysis. In addition, studies on recyclability, temperature resistance, salt resistance, viscoelasticity and sand-carrying property of P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA solution were carried out. The results show that PVA with mass fraction higher than 0.3% can effectively cross-link 0.5% P(AM/AA/VPBA) solution, and this cross-linking system can be thoroughly depolymerized by 3% glycerol. An increase in pH value from 4 to 11 is beneficial to the formation of cross-linked networks, and the gelation and network regeneration of P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA can be achieved through pH regulation. P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA solution has a temperature-responsive " thickening-gel breaking" effect, which will be conducive to the performance regulation of P(AM/AA/VPBA)-PVA at different stages of the entire fracturing process.
