    航天器用硅橡胶在高低温环境中的性能稳定性对于保障产品安全使用至关重要。文中分析了-40 ℃ ,100 ℃ 和200 ℃ 环境中航天器用硅橡胶材料的老化性能,采用硬度、质量和拉伸强度作为力学性能评价指标,通过红外光谱反映微观结构变化,利用太赫兹技术研究了硅橡胶老化后的太赫兹频段折射率谱分析光学特性及极性结构的变化。结果表明,硅橡胶在低温-40 ℃ 环境中质量和拉伸强度呈下降趋势,最大变化幅度为2% ,硬度和折射率比较稳定。低温老化过程中硅橡胶的化学结构基本不变,发生轻微的氧化反应。而高温环境对硅橡胶材料的力学性能和光学性能影响较大,随着老化时间的延长,质量和拉伸强度总体呈下降趋势,硬度和折射率总体呈上升趋势。温度升高时,这些变化的幅度进一步加大。太赫兹折射率谱分析了硅橡胶老化过程中材料的极性结构和分子间的网络化结构与分子链氧化和交联的关系。在高温老化过程中,硅橡胶内部交联副产物挥发,侧链有机含量降低,主链间发生交联。

    Abstract:

    The performance stability of silicone rubber for spacecraft in high and low temperature environment is very important to ensure the safe use of products. In this paper, the aging properties of silicone rubber materials for spacecraft at -40 ℃ , 100 ℃ and 200 ℃ were analyzed. The hardness, mass loss and tensile strength were used as the evaluation indicators of mechanical properties. The microstructure changes were reflected by infrared spectroscopy. The terahertz technology was used to study the optical properties and polar structure changes of the terahertz band refractive index spectrum analysis of silicone rubber after aging. The results show that the mass and tensile strength of silicone rubber decrease at low temperature of -40 ℃ , and the maximum change range is 2% . The hardness and refractive index are relatively stable. During the low temperature aging process, the chemical structure of silicone rubber is basically unchanged, and a slight oxidation reaction occurs. In the high temperature environment, the mechanical properties and optical properties of silicone rubber materials are greatly affected. With the extension of aging time, the quality and tensile strength generally show a downward trend, while the hardness and refractive index generally show an upward trend. When the temperature rises, the magnitude of these changes further increases. Terahertz refractive index spectroscopy analyzed the relationship between the polar structure of the material and the inter-molecular network structure and the oxidation and crosslinking of molecular chains during the aging process of silicone rubber. In the process of high temperature aging, the internal crosslinking by-products of silicone rubber volatilize, the organic content of side chains decreases, and the crosslinking between main chains occurs.
