    文中采用不同白炭黑填充量(10~ 50 phr)及不同混炼工艺制备白炭黑/杜仲胶纳米复合材料,并研究了其硫化胶的性能。 3 种制备方式分别为未添加硅烷偶联剂干法混炼、干法混炼和湿法混炼。 湿法混炼工艺是首先将杜仲胶(EUG)溶液与双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物改性的 SiO2 悬浮液在石油醚中混合并共凝聚。 湿法混炼及硅烷偶联剂的改性使 SiO2 颗粒在 EUG 中分布均匀,改善了 SiO2 与 EUG 之间的界面结合,相应的硫化胶具有更高的物理性能,相比于未添加硅烷偶联剂干法混炼,添加硅烷偶联剂干法混炼制备的胶料具有更优的静态、动态力学性能,更低的生热性能,更加耐磨。 该方法具有减少粉尘污染、绿色环保和效率高的优势,并在制备具有卓越综合性能的橡胶复合材料方面展现了巨大的应用潜力。

    Abstract:

    Silica/EUG nanocomposites were prepared with different silica filling amounts ( 10 ~ 50 phr) by different mixing processes, and the properties of vulcanizing adhesive were studied. The three preparation methods were dry mixing without adding silane coupling agent, dry mixing, and wet mixing. In wet mixing process, EUG solution was firstly mixed with SiO2 suspension modified with double-(γ-(triethoxysilane) propyl) tetrasulfide in petroleum ether and co-condensed. Wet mixing and modification of silane coupling agent make SiO2 particles evenly distributed in EUG, to improve the interface bonding between SiO2 and EUG, the corresponding vulcanized rubber has higher physical properties. Compared with dry mixing without silane coupling agent, the compound prepared by dry mixing with silane coupling agent has better static and dynamic mechanical properties, lower heat generation properties and better wear resistance. This method has the advantages of reducing dust pollution, environmental protection and high efficiency, and has shown wide application potential in the preparation of rubber composite materials with excellent comprehensive properties.
