    通过KH550 对氮化硼纳米片(BNNS)进行表面修饰(fKH550-BNNS),并与自制液晶基元4,4′-双环氧基联苯(LC)进行接枝,制备了LC 接枝的氮化硼纳米片( LC-fKH550-BNNS)。利用镁离子与吲哚基团之间的动态非共价键制备出具有动态交联结构的自修复型聚合物基体( CTBE)。将不同填充量的LC-fKH550-BNNS 填充到CTBE 中,通过电场固化得到兼具导热及自修复的复合材料( LC-fKH550-BNNS / CTBE 复合材料)。LC-fKH550-BNNS 的质量分数为40% 时, LC-fKH550-BNNS/CTBE 复合材料的热导率最高为2.23 W/(m·K),拉伸强度为7.37 MPa,自修复率可达71.57% ,与电场作用下LC-fKH550-BNNS 形成的高效导热通路,及Mg2+ 与吲哚基团之间的动态交联结构能够快速地解除和重构有关。

    Abstract:

    Boron nitride nanosheets (BNNS) were modified by KH550 (fKH550-BNNS) and grafted with liquid crystal monomer 4,4′-diepoxybiphenyl (LC) for preparing boron nitride nanosheets grafted with liquid crystal monomer (LC-fKH550-BNNS). A self-healing polymer matrix (CTBE) with reversible cross-linking structure was prepared by using the non-covalent bonds between magnesium ions and indole groups. Thermal conductive polymer composites with self-healing properties (LC-fKH550-BNNS/CTBE composites) were obtained by high voltage orientation molding via filling LC-fKH550-BNNS with different contents into CTBE. The highest thermal conductivity (TC) of LC-fKH550-BNNS/CTBE composites is 2.23 W/(m·K) with 40% mass fraction of LC-fKH550-BNNS, while the tensile strength and the self-healing rate is 7.37 MPa and 71.57%, respectively. This is related to the highly efficient thermal conduction pathway of LC-fKH550-BNNS formed by high voltage orientation molding, as well as the reversible cross-linking structure between Mg2+ and indole groups that can be rapidly removed and re-established.
