    文中采用熔融纺丝技术成功制备了不同质量配比的聚乳酸(PLA) / 改性聚合松香(PR-g-OLA10-N+)抗菌纤维。通过化学接枝法将季铵盐阳离子(N+)与寡聚乳酸链段成功接枝至聚合松香( PR)骨架上。 差示扫描量热仪与 X 射线衍射仪分析表明,低添加量(质量分数≤2% )改性剂通过异相成核作用使 PLA 结晶度提升至 32.55% ,而高添加量(质量分数为 5% )时仍保持良好热稳定性(熔融温度 158.1 ℃)。 力学性能测试表明,2% 改性松香的加入使纤维断裂强度较纯 PLA 下降约 15% ,但断裂伸长率显著提高(23% ),材料韧性得到有效改善。 扫描电子显微镜分析显示,当改性聚合松香质量分数为 5% 时,季铵盐阳离子均匀分布于纤维表面,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均超过99% 。 研究旨在开发兼具良好力学性能与高效抗菌活性的聚乳酸基复合纤维,并探究改性聚合松香添加量对材料结晶行为、热稳定性及抗菌性能的影响。

    Abstract:

    Polylactic acid ( PLA) / modified polymerized rosin ( PR-g-OLA10-N+) antibacterial fibers with different mass ratios were successfully prepared by melt spinning technology. The quaternary ammonium salt cations (N+) and oligolactic acid chain segments were successfully grafted onto the framework of polymer rosin (PR) by chemical grafting method. Differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD) analyses indicate that the modifier with low mass fraction (≤2% ) increases the crystallinity of PLA to 32.55% through heterogeneous nucleation, while maintaining good thermal stability (melting temperature of 158.1 ℃) at high mass fraction (5% ). Mechanical property tests show that the addition of 2% modified rosin reduces the fiber breaking strength by approximately 15% compared to pure PLA, but significantly increases the elongation at break by 23% , and the material toughness is effectively improved. Observation by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows that when the mass fraction of modified rosin is 5% , quaternary ammonium salt cations are uniformly distributed on the fiber surface, and the antibacterial rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus both exceed 99% . This study aims to develop polylactic acid-based composite fibers with both excellent mechanical properties and efficient antibacterial activity, and to investigate the influence of the addition amount of modified polymerized rosin on the crystallization behavior, thermal stability and antibacterial effect of materials.
